Pre-Shipment Inspection
A fixed price for each factory visit, based on the agreed product scope, inspection duration and checklist.
Your quote states the rate per factory and the number of visits included.

QUOTED SEPARATELY
Container Loading Supervision
Charged separately according to the loading location, planned attendance, time required and agreed reporting scope.
Loading supervision is not automatically included in the factory inspection fee.

CONFIRMED IN WRITING
Travel & Extra Visits
Any travel costs, re-inspection, additional attendance, urgent scheduling or out-of-scope work will be identified in the quote before you approve the order.
No extra work is added without prior agreement.

Can you coordinate checks at several factories?
Yes, we can assess the request based on factory locations, product scope, readiness dates and loading schedule. The practical plan and itemized quote are confirmed before booking.
Will you send findings directly to me?
Our proposed workflow is to report findings and photo evidence directly to the buyer who commissioned the inspection, based on the agreed scope.
Does inspection guarantee defect-free goods?
No. Inspection is limited to the agreed scope and sampling. It provides a clearer view of observed conditions but cannot guarantee every unit is defect-free.
Can you test foam density or product safety?
Specialized testing is not assumed to be included. The method, equipment and provider must be confirmed separately where laboratory or regulated testing is required.
